Karen has over two decades of experience in software training and customization. She is the President of Tech Benders and the founder of the ACT! Users Group of South Florida. Her degree in accounting enables her to understand sales and marketing processes and translate them into the day to day operations of your company. The author of many copywrited training manuals, she is the author of the popular ACT! 6 for Dummies and ACT! 2005 for Dummies books and a contributor to various ACT! newsletters. A dynamic speaker, she is a frequent guest on the syndicated Computer America and Computer Outlook radio talk shows.
Roy Laudenslager
Roy, or "Royel" as he is known among ACT! affectionados, came to Tech Benders with over 10 years of experience as a Senior Technician for Best's ACT! Tech Support. Assigned the "escalated" ACT! issues while at Symantec/InterACT/Best, Roy's trouble-shooting abilities are second to none! A prolific author, Roy has written many of the Knowledge Base articles appearing on ACT!'s website. He is also a frequent contributor to various ACT! Newsletters. He is located in Eugene, Oregon and heads the Tech Benders' Oregon office.
