Mulitmodal Delivery
- Multimodal deliveries during which cargo is moved to the final
destination by two or more means of transportation.
- Arrange transit in airports, ocean ports, and rail road stations.
- Issuance of transit documents including temporary customs transit and
related procedure, waybills, etc.
- Tracking of cargo during transit, change of the mode of transportation,
and notifying the Customer with location and ETA of cargo.
DOCUMENTATION
- Bill of ladings, air waybills, CMRs, rail waybills, etc.
- Certificates of origin..
- Warehouse receipts (per Customer’s request).
- Packing Lists (per Customer’s request).
- Acts of acceptance (per Customer’s request).
- Export/import procedure.
SPECIAL SERVICE
- Documents for the Letter of Credit.
- Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiations and secure the cashing of L/C for
client.
- Documents on English and Russian languages, legalization (per Customer’s
request).
- Cargo inspection for customers of oil, gas, mining and other industries.
- Insurance for all conditions stipulated by “Incoterms 2000”.
- Special treatment such as fumigation, etc.
STORAGE OF CARGO IN FREE ZONE
BONDED WAREHOUSE
If you need to hold your cargo during transit for the following or other
reasons:
- Change the ultimate destination;
- Consolidation with other portion or portions of the shipment;
- Clarify the information for shipping documents or issue a new set of
those documents reflecting new parameters of the cargo or other new substantial
information;
- Preparation for customs clearance at the final destination or money
to cover customs duty and taxes;
- Or other reasons required for interrupting transit and holding of cargo;
For your cargo we can offer free zone warehouses in Latvia. These warehouses
are over 500,000 sq. ft. (50,000 sq.m.) conveniently located close to ocean
port and rail station. This location will allow you to minimize anticipated
and unexpected logistics expenses.
Highly qualified logistics personnel will promptly provide with the following
services:
- Packing/repacking of cargo;
- Choosing and ordering appropriate equipment for transportation of your
cargo (container, rail car or platform, truck or trailer, etc.);
- Preparing and issuing correct documents including rail bill, CMR, required
certificates, etc.;
- Communication with consignee;
- Tracking of cargo and notification with cargo location, ETA, and other
information requested by shipper.
